anger management

ppl may c me as a person without temper

tat s y i havent passed in this subject
my temper is bad
esp in my family
esp 2 my NIECE
I oways scold her
i oredi tried not 2 cane her,& i do
but sorry.....i hav 2 scold her every single day
no....should b everytime i c her
i dunno y y she has so many things 4 me 2 scold her
i dun like 2 scold her la.....cuz it ll make me older
she can talk so well now
means tat she can say anything without thinking
tat makes her very rude
she ll yell at u even u talk nicely 2 her
so i scold her
she oways slap & step on Hippy
so i scold her
she draws on da wal...nvm
i warned her 4 da 1st time
but thr s 2nd time,3rd time,4th time
endlessly drawing on da wall
so i scold her
everytime she ll do everything tat i had oredi told her not 2 do so
she ll nvr 4get wat u ve told her
da most important thing is tat,she purposely 1 2 make u angry 1!!
how can i tolerate wif her?
i feel so tired after i scolded her
y she so naughty 1??
thr r only 2 types of ppl i ll scold/swear
1 is my niece
another 1 is other ppl who disturb me when i m driving
i oways swear when i m on da road
ppl who sat in my car b4 sure noe about this
but i m not simply swear,i got reasons 1
mayb i m juz unlucky,meet this kind of ppl everytime i go out
watever...
i hide myself in my room most of da time
so i wont c my niece
then i wont scold her
sumtimes even my mood is very gd,she still has some ways 2 pull me down
jz now scolded her again,bcuz of Hippy n other things
feel so tired...
ok la....i ll try not 2 scold her...
i ll close 1 eye even she has done stg wrong...
should b...no eye 2 c
of cuz i love her,if not,i wont feel so depressed like now
